CLUB POLICIES

GENERAL CLUB POLICIES

Checking In

  • All players MUST check in at the front desk upon arrival by scanning their unique barcode in the CourtReserve app.

No Dual Registrations

  • Players may register for only one simultaneous activity at a time. This includes court reservations, open play, social dinking, round robins, and classes (the one exception is rating clinics).

  • If staff identify multiple simultaneous registrations, players will be removed from open play and asked which of the remaining registrations they would prefer to keep.

Booking and paying for your guest

  • Members are able to add a guest to their reservation.

  • Guests must have their reservation paid for at time of booking – any unpaid guests signed up for an open play session will result in payment being processed to the member card on file.

Court Reservation Attendance

  • Players that book a court reservation are welcome to bring up to 5 guests per court in the reservation.

  • The booking player must be present for the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Class Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours in advance: Players may call, leave a voicemail, or email to cancel for a full refund or to reschedule.

  • Within 24 hours: Refunds and rescheduling are not available. Players are still expected to notify the club if they cannot attend.

 

Open Play Cancellations

  • More than 12 hours in advance: Reservations may be edited, rescheduled, or cancelled for a full refund.

  • Within 12 hours: Reservations may be rescheduled only and are not eligible for a refund.

Court Reservation Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours in advance: Reservations may be edited, rescheduled, or canceled for a full refund.

  • Within 24 hours: Refunds and rescheduling are not available. Players are expected to still notify the club if they cannot attend a reservation.

  • A $15 no-show fee will be applied if the club is not notified.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  •  If a weather advisory is issued in the area, players may cancel by calling, leaving a voicemail, or emailing. These cancellations will receive a full refund with no penalty.

NO SHOW FEE POLICY

  • A $5 no-show fee applies to all open play sessions.

  • This fee will be charged if a player has not checked in at the front desk by scanning their unique barcode in the first 30 minutes of the session start time.
